.....Q1....My door only opens a few inches and then stops, what should I do?

........... A.  Do NOT continue trying to open the door, it may damage the opener and/or bend the top section.                           Your springs are probably broken. DANGER, DO NOT touch the springs or cables, it is very                           dangerous! DO NOT remove the bottom bracket, the other spring still has tension on it. DO NOT                           release the opener with the pull rope or the door will crash to the floor causing damage or injury. DO                           NOT do any disassembly on the opener or door or injury or added repair expense may occur.
